CSC Technology Services offers three basic service plans, but we can also customize a plan that's specifically tailored to your needs and budget.
INDIVIDUAL SERVICE PLANS
For small organizations or those that need only limited/occasional technical support, our individual services plan may be the right choice. This plan is simple: We bill by the hour for network service and support—which we can provide on-site, over the phone, or remotely.
BUNDLED SERVICE PLANS
Our bundled service plan includes software solutions that allow us to assist in managing your network for a flat monthly rate. Those solutions include remote support, monitoring, and patching modules, plus security solutions for spam & virus protection. IT support services will be billed hourly at the bundled plan hourly rate.
MONTHLY MANAGED SERVICE PLANS
For one monthly fee, CSC provides a full range of on-site and remote technical support services. This includes hardware / software troubleshooting, system updates & upgrades, user account setup & maintenance, monthly maintenance and more.
